 Excelsus Solutions is a provider of innovative visual merchandising and large format printing solutions to numerous fortune 500 companies as well as other well-known organizations. Our focus is large format in-store signage, displays, short run point-of-sale material and direct printing to flexible and rigid substrates. Visual Merchandising through large format digital printing is experiencing explosive growth and our company is a fast growing leader in the industry.

We are seeking experience sales representatives, this opportunity is only for those that are fast paced and entrepreneurial. The sales team we are building is full of energetic and capable individuals that understand the market and the level of service required to meet our customers’ expectations and grow our business.

Requirements: 
Sales candidates must be willing to follow our established selling system to generate leads, prospects and sales. We will provide you with assistance and training and opportunities for continuing education.

A four-year degree is desired with a concentration in print, graphic arts or marketing a plus. 

Sales experience and a proven track record is a must. 



  • Responsible for the sales of Visual Merchandising through large format digital print to retailers, grocers and other vertical markets.
  • Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Develops annual business plan in conjunction with VP of Sales, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Sales Representative on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales progress.
  • Complete understanding of various substrates and printing capabilities.
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
  • Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business needs.
  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face meetings, cold calling on business decision makers, email, social media and networking.
  • Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
  • Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business needs, the effects of the problems, and the Excelsus Solutions solutions to their problems.
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
  • Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' business problems.
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities including the use of a CRM to maintain accurate records to maximize business potential.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients and prospects.
